This kit, in conjunction with the step by step YouTube install video, is solid gold. I was interested in swapping frames but the Sccy website lists it as “professional gunsmith installation only”, so the thought of complete disassembly for this kit was daunting. I bought two of these kits and two brand new CPX-2s. I won’t lie, I had a TON of trouble with the first one. The frame pins just wouldn’t budge. I spray lubed, used a full sized hammered it, even froze the frame overnight. Eventually it came free, and it took all of 15 minutes to complete the kit install. The second gun from start to finish might have taken 10 minutes so I guess something freaky was going on with the polymer in the first gun. Regardless, the product and video are fantastic even for a first timer!
Easy install makes a huge difference in trigger pull
I can honestly say that this was definitely worth it. My trigger went from being right close to a 8.5lb to easily a 4lb. A bit tedious to get the job done but definitely make the functionality of my gun much better. I 100% recommend this to anyone who thinks it needs an upgrade!!
I purchased a SCCY CPX 2 Spring Kit, Was very easy to do watching MCARBO video. I do not have a scale but Ican easily tell the trigger pull is much lighter. Great product.
The parts came in a timely manner. The video was excellent on how to install the parts super easy to install made the gun feel like whole different gun when pulling the trigger

The product got to my shop quick, the video was very informative and so easy to follow anyone with a general knowledge of weapons could follow. The product did as promised. My customer's trigger pull went from an 8.4 to a 3.6 trigger pull.
Spring kit reduced trigger pull to six pounds which I feel is about perfect for a DAO pistol. Easy to install with the help of the video. i haven't range tested the gun after the spring swap but everything functions as it should.
The spring and trigger made a lighter and smoother trigger pull. The how to video was on spot . I will be ordering more spring kits for my other guns.
I liked the results it was not too difficult to install i noticed a significant reduction in trigger pull am looking forward to going to the range.

I am in my late 70's but still do extensive purchasing and testing pistols. I was ready to give up on my CPX3, with its 9+ pound trigger. I have severe arthritis and after 50 rounds through the gun, I couldn't bend my trigger finger for 3 days. I ordered the spring kit, it arrived in a matter of days, had my gunsmith install it in about 20 minutes. The trigger is now just a hair over 5 pounds and has mad the CPX 3 my daily carry piece. Thank you from us old-timers who still like to shoot.

Dropped my trigger pull from 7.5 pounds to less than 4.5. Thought it felt a little light and it was. Blazer factory had no issues but other brands and handloads had multiple light primer strikes. Maybe if the spring was just a little bit stronger all would be well. A 5.5 pound trigger might have enough power.

I have a little problem with the spring kit. It dropped the pull on the SCCY CPX 1 from an average 9.5 to 5.0 trigger pull and that's a good thing the problem is my wife now wants her gun back.
