I recently ordered a trigger spring kit for my CPX2 and wanted to comment on the terrific service I received from MCarbo.

I received the kit in a very timely manner and the video support to install the kit was absolutely right on and very helpful.

Thank you for providing a way for the average guy to be able to reliably work on their personal weapon, with explicit video guidance, so a person can decide ahead of time if the job is something you can do yourself; or if a gun smith will be needed to do it.

I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.

Thanks again,

Dale

Very satisfied customer!

PS: The trigger pull is now far more comfortable.

I ordered spring kits for my CPX-2 pistols. Shipping was fast, took 3 days to get my order.

I watched the MCARBO installation video on YouTube. EVerything went very smoothly, no problems at all. With the new spring kit, it feels like a completely different pistol. Trigger pull is easy and very smooth.

I would recommend this kit to anyone owning a SCCY.

Wow. What a difference. Great video. Only difference noticed between CPX 2 and CPX 3 was the trigger slide bar and trigger spring setup. Had it installed about 30 minutes. Works great. Keep up the good work.

The video was a great help in replacing the springs. It make a heavy pulling trigger a whole lot lighter pull. I love it. This kit makes me a better shooter with my cpx.

Installed the spring kit in my old SCCY and the trigger pull improvement is amazing! I had to eliminate the safety set up but that doesn't affect function at all. Going to shoot the pistol today to get a better feel for the trigger.

CPX-1 a little more work

I purchased this spring kit for my carry pistol. I reviewed the instructions before hand as I have never done work on firearms. It seemed very easy so i thought i would try it. Ordered a punch kit for elsewhere at the same time. Package was delivered a day earlier than expected and the springs were just as good. Cut the pull in half...by my guess. Since the CPX-1 has a safety selector, there was an extra step not included in the instructional video. Wasn't hard to figure out, but I did almost forget it on the reinstall. Looking forward to my next range day.

The CPX-1 has a manual safety. To remove this, you need a T6 torx/star bit to unscrew it. My kit went together well, with help from the youtube instructions.

If you have a CPX-1, you will need a T-6 to get the safety off. You will also want to take the safety off after you get the receiver out of the frame. Other than that the directions are spot on.
