Got half way through and then realized the video was a CPX-2 and I was working with a CPX-1. Needed to remove the Safety at one point and there were no instructions for this. Was fairly obvious though. A simple flat head screw. Once all was done and back together I had an extra part on the desk! Small gold pin with spring attached. It was not in the directions anywhere. Quick Google of parts list revealed it to be a Plunger and Spring to lock the Safety on/off. Disassembled to that point and put it back in. Voila! Trigger now resets without having to completely let go of it which was the main reason for the job. Feels smoother. Hope to get to the range this week to check it out.
Ordered this based on reviews. When I first took this gun to the range, I was all over the place in stamping a silhouette. I never fired a double action before so I was not comfortable with such a hard trigger pull. I understand the safety concept, but did not like it. I purchased the spring kit and followed the comprehensive video on the disassembly and install. I had the tools already and followed the video closely. It was not easy in my opinion since it required some intricate surgery. But the task went smoothly. Once completed I did note a 50% difference in obtaining a lighter trigger pull. The range was the final test and I was pleased with my results. Great carry piece. I would also recommend the green laser kit for the final touch.
Thanks MCarbo for the instruction video for the CPX1 trigger spring kit. It was very helpful. Also the trigger has a much easier pull. Can’t wait to take it to the range.
Kit did exactly what I was wanting. Easy install with installation video. Went from 8+lb pull to a 4.5lb pull on trigger. Also made it a little easier to rack slide, per my wife. Fast delivery
I ordered 2 spring kits for a my CPX-1 and CPX-2. I installed the kit into the -2 and took both to the range to compare new to old. The M-CARBO spring much better. The trigger force is noticeably reduced and the trigger break is now predicable which leads to better control overall. Installing in the -1 as soon as I can.

Installed this in a cpx2 red dot gun and it changed the trigger up dramatic. Wait on a backorder took the longest but excellent buy for the Sccy pistols

I received the kit when promised. It was easy to install by following the very good and easy to follow video provided by M*carbo. The trigger pull is much easier to pull. I have not had a chance to fire my gun yet but I am sure with the lighter trigger pull it will be easier to stay on target. Thanks for good product and follow up support.
The spring kit dramatically improves the trigger pull in this handgun. I would highly recommend this kit to anybody that has a Sccy handgun!!! Spring kit installed easy and made a huge difference. Trigger pull is clean and predictable and trigger reset is quick and crisp. Would recommend for anything in the SCCY Line.

Just installed the spring kit for my CPX-2, amazing difference in the trigger pull compared to stock 8 lb trigger. Frame pin on the rear of the pistol was considerably tight, but it finally came out. Other than that it was an easy swap out of all three springs. Definitely would recommend the spring kit for anyone that has a CPX-2. Great job guy’s, great product.
