Installed the bolt head and extractor pins on my Ruger PC Carbine. Though these won't be seen very often, it is reassuring to know that there are very strong pins in there. Great M*CARBO product.
The MCARBO bolt head and extractor pins are well worth the cost! Well made, exact replacements for the OEM part that fit like they came with the PCC. I strongly recommend watching the video MCARBO has on installing any of their parts as it is important to see how it is done correctly. I watched the video for the pin replacement but did not install them until a week later. I didn't do it correctly and it caused a problem for me when shooting the PCC. I removed the pins and other replacement parts I got from MCARBO, watched the video again and replaced the parts along with the video to insure I did it correctly. Once that was done I test fired the PCC and it worked PERFECTLY!! Thanks MCARBO, Chris and Pat, for your help and for a great product. I replaced the bolt head pins, extractor pin, extractor, installed the extended mag release, installed the extra power recoil spring, and added TWO extended charging handles. All great additions to my PCC. I can't wait for the buffer pad to come out.
Short pins definitely out of spec. Fit to the hole from extractor side barely- very tight , the other side half way. Measured with caliper- pins are definitely too tight. Original pins fit perfect. For that price i would expect it perfect and perfect quality control
Did a full upgrade on my PC Ruger this weekend replaced the Edge Extractor, Shock Buffer, Bolt Head and Extractor Pins, SS Recoil Spring Retainer, and SS Trigger Pin Group Pin Kit. Very happy with the quality of these replacement parts over the factory parts.

Fit and finish are superb, the quality of this pin kit is as described, and much better than I was expecting. Only time and rounds down range will give incite to longevity, but with a lifetime warranty I have a good feeling that they won't need to be changed ever again.
Install was simple and fast with the provided video! I would highly suggest replacing the stock pins with this set if you plan on shooting your Ruger PC Carbine often, which you should since they are so fun to shoot!
Easy to install, noticeable difference once you pull the old pins out and see how much wear they actually had on them. I have maybe 800 rounds through he carbine and I was surprised. Not so much the extractor pin, but the bolt head pins. Another quality MCarbo product

Easy to install, no problems at all. Haven’t went out to shoot it yet tho, I don’t think I’ll have a problem at all. The other products that I have installed work great, don’t expect anything else from these guys.
My stock Rueger pins were junk within 200 rounds. I expect these to perform much better than stock and will update with continued use. ..
After 744 rounds the original pins had a lot of wear. Easy to install. Highly recommend.
I put about 1500 rounds through my PC9 before I started with mods. I could not believe how much damage the existing bolt and extractor pins had taken. Thank you Chris for another quality product!
